Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos
Tacos are pretty much the same thing as love? Am I right or am I right? I could eat a taco just about everyday and every once in a while I love to try something new to try! I made these Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos with cilantro lime rice and easy corn salsa.
I love a love for cilantro that I’m guessing if you are reading this cilantro recipe that you may also have the same feelings for cilantro. A friend of mine told me that cilantro tasted like soap?? Apparently this is a common thought for cilantro hates, I just don’t get it! So you have to tell me, do you love cilantro? Or have you heard of people thinking it taste like soap?
- Chicken, boneless and skinless breast, 2 lbs
- Salsa, 1/2 cup
- Taco seasoning, 2 tbsp
- Fresh cilantro, minced, 1/3 cup
- Lime juice, 2 tbsp
- Place all ingredients into a slow cooker for 6-7 hours on low or 4-5 hours on high until chicken is flly cooked and tender.
- Use a fork to shred chicken. Serve topped with Corn Salsa, cheese, lettuce, and sour cream.
